NATION CONTINUITY / EdVerso International may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, customer email/name and other payment metadata provided by Stripe, but should not store raw card details. Legal bases

Where applicable, processing is based on consent, contract or your request, legitimate interests, and legal obligation.

Sharing

Possible processors include hosting (Base44), email service, Stripe, analytics, security providers and professional advisers where required. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

International transfers

Where data is transferred across borders, we describe applicable safeguards.

Retention

Retention schedules are set in our RetentionPolicy. Examples: active accounts for account life plus lawful retention; rejected applications for a configured period; newsletter data until unsubscribe plus a suppression record; donation financial records for the statutory accounting/tax period; audit logs for security and governance retention; moderation evidence for a configured integrity period.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and consent withdrawal.

Children

The publication is not designed to collect personal information from children without an appropriate legal basis and consent.
